Cal Ripken Jr Would Pick Adam Jones For Orioles MVP

Cal Ripken Jr is a former Orioles shortstop and third basemen who set the record for consecutive games played.

Cal joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Orioles clinching the AL East at home and the celebration that followed.

Cal started by talking about the Orioles winning the AL East saying "the celebration it is different, you almost start acting like a kid and it takes you over." On the subject of picking a team MVP Cal said "I always had a problem with picking a team MVP...Nelly Cruz has provided a huge bat but you can't underestimate Adam Jones value." Cal also added that if he was pressed to pick just one player he'd probably pick Jones.
