Brad Jackson: 'Breshad Perriman's Injury Is Unfortunate It's Part Of The Game'

Brad Jackson is a former Ravens linebacker who was a part of the Ravens first Super Bowl Championship team and is currently an analyst for Comcast Sportsnet.

Brad joined Ed and Steve to talk about Breshad Perriman's knee injury for the second straight year.

Brad started off by talking about how the injury to Perriman effects the rest of the Ravens wide receivers for this season saying, "it's just one of those things where everyone was excited about the potential of having Mike Wallace, Steve Smith Sr, Breshad, and Kamar Aiken four guys who can really stretch the field...it's just a part of the game, it's unfortunate."

Brad was asked about why he feels there are so many non-contact injuries nowadays and said, "I personally feel like it's because they've taken away some of the off-season, they don't start the off-season programs until later...it was the way of football for decades and I don't remember as many non contact injuries when I was playing."

Brad also talked about the AFC North and how he thinks those teams will look once the season begins.
