'Boo Boo Bandit' Captured After Robbing More Than 9 Banks

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The FBI says a serial robber nicknamed the "Boo Boo Bandit/Bandage Bandit" has been captured after being on the run since October.

According to authorities, Carlo Mckenzie Laguerre was arrested on July 8th in Columbia, Maryland.

Laguerre is responsible for more than nine bank robberies spanning from October 2015 through May 2016.

He is currently being held by Baltimore County Police Department on armed robbery, theft $1,000 to under $10,000, and a firearm violation.

The FBI says at this time Laguerre  isonly being charged only being charged for the most recent bank robbery on May 25, 2016 at the 1stMariner Bank, 10101 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale, Maryland.
