Best Of The Scott Garceau Show Week Of 02-22-16
It was a wild week for Orioles fans. First, Yovani Gallardo had an issue with his team physical that left Orioles fans wondering if he will be coming to Baltimore or not. The two sides eventually revised Gallardo's deal to a two year $22 million deal instead of a three year $35 million deal. Then, Dexter Fowler threw everyone through a loop with his decision to join the Chicago Cubs on a one year deal just days after it was reported he had agreed to a three year deal with the Orioles.
In this weeks episode: Scott & Jeremy give their takes on Fowler's decision. They also list some possible lead-off options for the Orioles. Later, the guys listen to the fans reactions to Fowler heading back to Chicago. Then, former Oriole and MLB Network analyst Bill Ripken joined the show to give his take on the recent developments in the Orioles organization.
