Baltimore's Latest Public Enemy No. 1 Arrested

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore's latest Public Enemy No. 1 is now behind bars.

City police announced the arrest of 38-year-old Dontae Breeden around 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Breeden was wanted in the shooting of 18-year-old Rykeise Shaw that was captured on surveillance video.

Shaw was shot on Dec. 28 outside a Greenmount Avenue convenience store.

Police say community members had provided information that led to the identification of Breeden.

Investigators are still looking to identify the second person in the video.
