Baltimore, Surrounding Counties Under 'Red Flag Warning' Tuesday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard counties will be under a "Red Flag Warning" from noon until 8 p.m. Tuesday, meaning that warm air, strong winds and low humidity are creating ideal fire conditions.

The National Weather Service warns that any fires that develop may quickly get out of control and become difficult to contain.
