Baltimore Shooter Charged With First-Degree Attempted Murder

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A suspect arrested in August for shooting someone in the back was charged with attempted first-degree murder, second-degree assault and numerous handgun violations on Friday.

Michael Marshall, 27, allegedly shot the 36-year-old male victim on the 2000 block of McCulloh Street on August 28.

Marshall is currently awaiting his bail hearing.
