Baltimore Reports 1 Possible Death From Snowstorm

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore Director of the Office of Emergency Management Bob Maloney there was one reported death in the city, and officials aren't sure it's snow-related.

"The mother nature part we were very fortunate not in the amount we got and the winds we got, but the amount of catastrophe it produced was not more than we could handle," Maloney said.

Strict travel restrictions were lifted Sunday morning, as crews continued to work to clear snow from major streets.

"The city is starting to come alive again," he added, "but very, very slowly."
