Baltimore Receives $750K Grant For Park Improvements
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore is one of 22 cities in the United States to receive grants for upgrades to parks and other outdoor facilities.
The grants were part of the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership program, and Baltimore received $750,000 for improvements to Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park.
The project will upgrade a campground built in the 1930s.
