Baltimore Ravens Cheerleading Tryouts To Be Held This Weekend

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- This Saturday is your chance to audition for the Baltimore Ravens cheerleading team.

Auditions are being held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 5th, at the Merritt Downtown Athletic Club located at 210 E. Centre Street, in Baltimore.

Both male and females are encouraged to audition as the Baltimore Ravens cheerleading team are the only co-ed team that exist in the NFL.

In order to audition you must be at least 18 years old and must provide identification.

Official say be sure to come dressed in appropriate attire which more details can be found on the Baltimore Ravens website.

Becoming a Ravens cheerleader provides the experience of a lifetime of cheering in front of 70,000 fans at M&T Bank Stadium.

Callbacks will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Merritt Downtown Athletic Club.

Both auditions and callbacks are closed to the public; no spectators allowed.

Officials say judging will be based on physical talent, dance ability, personality, appearance and poise.
