Baltimore Police seek help finding missing 2-year-old boy

BALTIMORE -- The Baltimore Police Department said a reported missing 2-year-old was found unharmed Wednesday afternoon.

The child was reported missing around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday from the 3600 block of West Franklin Street.
