Baltimore Police Investigating Several Shootings

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police are investigating several shootings.

According to police, there was a double shooting in the 42-hundred block of Berger Avenue. Police found two adult men who had been shot. One was shot in the head and was pronounced dead in the hospital. The second was shot in the hand and is in stable condition. According to police, the victims were approached by an unknown person who began firing, striking both men.

Shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday, there was a shooting in the 33-hundred block of Edmonson Avenue. Police say the victim was walking when a suspect attempted to rob him and then shot him once in the chest. The victim is in good condition.

Shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday, there was a shooting in the 28-hundred block of Belvedere Avenue. Police say the victim went to the hospital; his condition is unknown.
