Baltimore Police Investigating Possible Abduction

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore Police are searching for a 28-year-old woman who they believe may have been kidnapped.

According to authorities, on Tuesday 28-year-old Tynika Perry A.K.A. "Nika" was reported missing by relatives.

Further investigation revealed that Perry sent a text message to relatives indicating she was kidnapped.

Police say the kidnappers demanded money in return for Perry.

Perry was last seen Tuesday evening when she was dropped of in the area of Belair Road and Emley Avenue.

"The last contact anyone had with her was around 8:45 p.m. on the evening of May 24, 2016," detectives said. "At that time, she said she was at a Taco Bell restaurant at North Highland Avenue and Fayette Street."

Perry is described as, 5'3", 112 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.
