2 Men Shot Near Old Town Mall; Suspect Still At Large

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police are investigating after two people are shot near Old Town Mall.

It happened just before 2 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Gay Street.

Investigators say a gunman walked into the area and then opened fire on the victims.

Two men were shot--one in the arm, and the other in the leg. Both are expected to survive.

After the shooting, police say the suspect fled on foot.

Detectives have recovered two handguns from the scene--believed to be either the victim's or associates of the victims.
