Baltimore Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Stabbing

BALTIMORE (WJZ) - Police have made an arrest in a fatal stabbing last week in Baltimore.

 On October 28 at approximately 2 a.m., officers responded to the 5100 block of Conant Way.

When police arrived, they found 21-year-old Jiwan Subedi suffering from stab wounds to the upper body. Subedi was taken to an area hospital where he later died.

Homicide detectives investigated this murder, quickly identified a suspect, and obtained an arrest warrant.

Detectives identified 21 year-old Man Baniya of the 5100 block of Conant Way as the main suspect and made the arrest.

Baniya is charged with first degree murder and is being held at central booking without bail.
