Swimmer Michael Phelps, Fiancee Expecting Baby Boy

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore's world champion swimmer Michael Phelps announces Wednesday that a baby Phelps is on the way!

In an Instagram post, the Baltimore-area native says "today we're over 12 weeks and it looks like we're having a boy!"

Phelps, who's a decorated gold medalist, has promised that Rio de Janeiro will be his last Olympics.
