Baltimore Officials Not Pleased By Horses In The Street

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- It's not something you see every day in west Baltimore.

This weekend, a group of men was caught on video riding on horseback up and down North Avenue.

It's illegal to ride horses on city streets without approval.

City Police Commissioner Kevin Davis says the stunt is a public safety hazard.
