Baltimore Man Indicted In CVS Arson During Riots

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The man accused of burning a CVS during the riots in Baltimore is indicted Thursday.

Raymon Carter, 26, of Baltimore is charged with the arson of the CVS Pharmacy located in the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on April 27, 2015.

Authorities say Carter acted alone when he started the fire.

He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years behind bars for the arson.

No court appearance is scheduled at this time.
