Baltimore Man Arrested And Charged With Rape

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Baltimore man was arrested and charged with raping an acquaintance.

According to police, Andre Collins Blackwell, Sr., raped a 21-year-old acquaintance on January 21.

The rape occurred in the 29-hundred block of Mosher Street.

Blackwell is being held at Central Booking on $750,000 bail.
