Two Stowaways On Cargo Ship Docked In Baltimore Jump Into Inner Harbor
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Two stowaways leapt aboard a cargo ship docked in Baltimore leapt into the Inner Harbor on Thursday, authorities said.
The incident was reported shortly before 10 a.m. along the waterfront near Domino Sugar, according to the city's firefighters union.
It prompted a water rescue effort, but rescuers came up emptyhanded, the firefighters union tweeted.
The union issued an update later, saying the case has been handed over to law enforcement.
