Baltimore Co. Winter Restaurant Week Returns With More Than 60 Businesses

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- If you enjoy a good meal at a bargain price, all roads lead to Baltimore County's Restaurant Week.

It's food with a flair and at bargain prices.

"It takes a time of the year where it's cold and traditionally people don't go out to eat and they're more homebodies and it entices them to go out and find a new restaurant--try new food," said Jay Rohlfing of Chef Cunningham's Restaurant.

Justin Windle at Pappas Restaurants says their famous crab cakes are on their lunch and dinner menus. A three-course dinner for two will cost you $32.18.

"To consider all those items a la carte, it'll be much more expensive than that," Windle said. "We feel like we're giving something to the wonderful people that support us everyday of the year."

Diners are partaking in the special week also. More than 60 restaurants are involved.

"And our range of prices are from $15 to $35," said Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz. "Really is a great bargain."

The Baltimore County restaurant industry employs more than 26,000 people.

Winter Restaurant Week in Baltimore County lasts 16 days.
