Baltimore County Police Looking For Family, Caregivers Of Disoriented Woman

ESSEX, Md. (WJZ) — Do you know Diane Mackey?
She walked into Precinct 11 in Essex but was disoriented. Police said they are hoping someone recognizes her and can assist in helping find her family or any caregivers.
