Baltimore County Celebrates Opening Of New Homeless Facility

ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ) -- A new homeless facility managed by United Ministries and owned by Episcopal Housing Corporation will open in Baltimore County on Tuesday, October 6.

The facility, named Prospect Place, will provide "supportive housing" for 12 chronically homeless men.

The supportive housing program will consist of various forms of life-skills counseling and training on site, and it will be tailored to give residents a viable path toward achieving dignity and independence.
