Baltimore Co. Police Searching For Driver Who Fatally Struck Man

LOCHEARN, Md. (WJZ)—Police in Baltimore County are investigating after a man is found dead in the front yard of a home on Sunday morning.

It happened around 6:45 a.m. in the 6700 block of Windsor Mill Road.

Police believe the victim, Jermine Lamont Taylor, 30, of Gwynn Oak, was walking on Windsor Mill Road, near Lukewood Drive when he was fatally struck by a vehicle.

Police say the driver then fled the scene.

Investigators believe that the suspect vehicle is a 1999 to 2000 Chevrolet Silverado, Tahoe, or Suburban with damage to right side headlight and right mirror. There might also be damage to the windshield.
