Baltimore Co. Police Seek Public's Help to Find Missing Man

The Baltimore County Police Department is asking the public to help them find a missing 28-year-old man.

Police say Emanuel Combs was last seen just before 2 p.m. on December 31, as he was leaving his home in the 9300 block of Beowulf Circle in Rosedale.

Combs is said to frequent North Avenue in Baltimore City. He is described as 5'3", 125 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.
