Baltimore Area Could See Major Snowfall Friday & Saturday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore could see its first major snowfall of the year Friday and Saturday.

The track of the storm is by no means certain, but odds are good that we'll see accumulating snowfall.

"No matter how much snow falls, this will be our best chance so far for a significant storm this winter," said Meteorologist Chelsea Ingram.

If the storm stays on track, it is possible that we could see several inches of snow. Snowfall amounts will depend highly on the track of the storm; a shift of even 50 miles would result in changes.
