Man Arrested For Attempted Murder Of Brother-In-Law

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have arrested a 38-year-old man for a shooting Sunday evening that sent his brother-in-law to the hospital.

Jason Adams has been charged with attempted murder for the shooting that police say happened in the 3000 block of Echodale Ave.

The Baltimore Police Department was called about the shooting at 5:40 p.m., and responding officers found a man who had been shot in the leg.

The officer applied a tourniquet to the victim to stop the bleeding.

The victim was taken to a hospital, where police say he is expected to survive.

Police determined the shooting happened following a domestic dispute, and were able to take Adams into custody, as he was still on scene.
