Arundel Mills Mall, Towson Univ. Peeping Tom Suspect Captured

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A man has been arrested in connection to peeping tom incidents at the Arundel Mills Mall and Towson University.

Police say back on March 23, 2016 a 24-year-old Zachary Anthony Campbell allegedly walked into the women's restroom of the mall and began filming, or photographing a woman using the facility.

Police later located the suspect Campbell at a McDonald located in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills Blvd.

He is facing charges of peeping tom, private place prurient intent and resisting arrest in Anne Arundel County.

Campbell was also wanted in connection to a peeping tom incident at Towson University earlier this month.

He is accused of taking pictures of an occupant in a stall in the ladies bathroom on the third floor of the College of Liberal Arts building.

Charges are still pending against Campbell  in Baltimore County.
