Around the NFL with Aaron Nagler

Listen to Around the NFL with Aaron Nagler
Aaron Nagler, writer for NFL Bleacher Report, joins The Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn. Thursday night football has obviously been real disappointing the last 4 weeks, with the latest being last night's game, with the Redskins losing to the Giants 45-14.  Aaron said, "it's getting real depressing watching these blow outs week to week.  Competitive games have been anything but the case lately."
The Carolina Panthers will be coming to Baltimore this Sunday and Scott and Jeremy asked him his thoughts about the game.  He says, "I think it's going to be a fun game, I don't think it's going to be high scoring.  I think Baltimore looks legit.  They look like they can make some noise.  For all the problems going on in Carolina, they have a strong front 7.  I think there will be some big plays, but I think Baltimore is a bit better right now."
Nagler also discusses the problems going on with the Green Bay Packers and explained no one used to be able to know what this team was going to do, but unfortunately "it's gotten extremely predictable with Green Bay." When Scott asked if he was shocked at a 1-2 start, Nagler commented, "Packers team has always started slow except the year they went 15-1.  The problem becomes, they do well in regular seasons and then get to the playoffs and they are one and done.  This is a big year for Mike McCarthy."
