Annapolis Police Urging People To Report Anything Suspicious Ahead Of Inauguration

ANNAPOLIS (WJZ) — Annapolis Police are trying to ease some concerns about possible violence leading up to the inauguration.

In a series of tweets- the department said it is working with state and federal law enforcement to ensure public safety.

There is no specific threat right now, but the department said it can't dismiss the possibility of lone actors.

It's asking everyone to report anything concerning they see, including social media posts that could endanger the community by call 911.
