Annapolis Police Investigate Shooting That Left Teen Girl Dead

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Annapolis police are investigating a shooting that left a teenage girl dead.

Police were called to the 13-hundred block of Tyler Avenue for the report of a shooting inside a home. The victim, Kymici Brown, was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center; she later died of her injuries.

A suspect, 19-year-old Ryan Surgeon, was arrested. He will be charged with first and second degree murder.
