Ambulance Driver Charged In Md. Crash With Car

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- An ambulance driver in Hagerstown faces charges of reckless driving and other offenses in a crash that seriously injured an automobile passenger.

City police said Monday that David Reynolds of the Community Rescue Service was at fault in the collision Thursday afternoon at a downtown intersection.

Reynolds couldn't be reached for comment. He has no home telephone listing.

Reynolds, another ambulance worker and all four occupants of the car were taken to hospitals after the crash. One of the car passengers, Christina Adams of Funkstown, remained hospitalized Monday. She was listed in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
