All lanes on Maryland I-70 near MD-75 in Frederick closed after vehicle collision

BALTIMORE -- All lanes on Maryland I-70 near MD-75 in Frederick were closed Friday afternoon after a vehicle collision, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

There were no known injuries following the collision.
