All lanes closed on MD 140 East in Caroll County due to struck gas line

BALTIMORE -- All lanes on Eastbound MD 140 near MD 96 in were closed after a gas line was struck Monday afternoon, the Maryland State Highway Administration said.

Officials said the closure may persist into the afternoon rush hour.
