All Lanes Reopen On I-95 North Near Elkton After Tractor-Trailer Fire

ELKTON, Md. (WJZ) -- All lanes of northbound Interstate 95 were closed in Cecil County due to a tractor trailer fire. They have since reopened.

MDTA said highway was closed at Exit 109a or MD-297 near Elkton.
