After Months Of Repairs Baltimore's USS Constellation Re-Opens
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Baltimore's USS Constellation re-opens today!
After five months of repairs, the historic 161-year-old tall ship was pulled back into place at the Inner Harbor Thursday.
There was a $2-million restoration, after planks were found rotting during routine maintenance.
The constellation was supposed to return to the Inner Harbor last month, but weather caused the delay.
