Accident Inside Ft. McHenry Tunnel Causes Rush Hour Backups
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An accident inside the Fort McHenry Tunnel causes major rush hour backups.
Ten lanes were forced into one at the toll plaza, creating a huge backup on southbound I-95.
Authorities say a box truck overturned inside the right tube of the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
All traffic was forced down two lanes in the left tube of the tunnel.
