A Fond Farewell To The Crushstache
It all began one August afternoon when Chris Davis showed up to Safeco Field with some brand new facial hair, hoping to inspire a few home run hits.

His new mustache was certainly working for him as he continued his hitting hot streak through the week, but then the Orioles lost the final two games of the nine-game, 10-day road trip to finish with a 4-5 record on the West Coast.
Since the 'stache couldn't keep the Orioles from falling behind on Wednesday, it had to go. So not even 72 hours later, we're saying goodbye to the #Crushstache and welcome back babyface Davis. It's a sad day, but The Baltimore Sun announced that Chris Davis has indeed shaved his mustache.

I'm worried the MLB might drug test Crush Davis for his ability to grow a deputy sized mustache so fast. #CRUSHTACHE
