69-Year-Old Man Found Dead On Linthicum Sidewalk

LINTHICUM, Md. (WJZ) -- A 69-year-old man was found dead on a sidewalk in Linthicum on Tuesday.

According to Anne Arundel County police, the man was found in the 300 block of Hammonds Ferry Road North just after 7 p.m.

Police attempted lifesaving procedures, but the man was already dead.

Although the homicide unit responded to the scene, they did not find evidence of a criminal act or of a hit-and-run.

The man may have passed due to a medical event.

His body will be taken to the medical examiner's office in Baltimore for an autopsy.

His identity has not been released by police
