62-Year-Old Bicyclist Struck, Killed In RV Collision

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (WJZ) — A 62-year-old man is dead after a fatal accident in Princess Anne, Md. on Sunday, police said.

Maryland State Police responded to U.S. Rt. 13 north of Somerset Avenue to a serious motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist.

Richard L. Schrock, 62, crossed into the path of a 2016 Ford RV while biking and was struck by the RV.

Schrock was taken to PRMC where he was pronounced dead after arriving there.

State Police are investigating.
