TRAFFIC ALERT | Lanes Reopened At Fort McHenry Toll Plaza After Tractor-Trailer Crash
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Morning commuters were met with delays by Fort McHenry tunnel in Baltimore Tuesday morning, after a tractor-trailer collided with a street sweeper truck.
Five center lanes were blocked and motorists were delayed for hours along that stretch of I-95 north.

Some cars were able to move around the blocked center lanes.
