4 Officers Await Their Fate In Freddie Gray Case, What Are the Charges?

BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Four Baltimore police officers await their fate in connection to the arrest and death of Freddie Gray, who died after suffering a severe spinal injury in police custody on April 19, 2015.

Here is a list of charges against the four remaining officers :

LT. BRIAN RICE: TRIAL: JULY 5, 2016

FACING CHARGES OF:

  • Manslaughter
  • Reckless Endangerment
  • Misconduct in Office

OFFICER GARRETT MILLER: TRIAL: JULY 27, 2016

FACING CHARGES OF:

  • Second-Degree Assault
  • Misconduct in Office
  • Reckless Endangerment

WILLIAM PORTER: RE-TRIAL: SEPTEMBER 6, 2016

FACING CHARGES OF:

  • Manslaughter
  • Second-Degree Assault
  • Misconduct In Office
  • Reckless Endangerment

SGT. ALICIA WHITE : TRIAL : OCTOBER 13, 2016

FACING CHARGES OF:

  • Manslaughter
  • Second-Degree Assault
