3-Year-Old Struck By Car At Penn And North

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A three-year-old is struck by a car in West Baltimore.

It happened around 11 p.m. Thursday at Penn and North avenues.

Police say the incident was initially reported as a hit and run. Detectives later found the vehicle involved. They are now speaking to the driver.

The child was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, and is said to be alert.
