3 Teens Charged In Death Of DE High School Student

WILMINGTON, Del. (WJZ) -- In Delaware, three teens have been charged in connection with the death of a high school student.

Cell phone video showed the beating of Amy Joyner-Francis on April 21 in a bathroom inside Howard High School of Technology.
