3 Shot in East Baltimore; 1 in Wheelchair Shot in Head

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police say three people were shot in East Baltimore Thursday, one a man in a wheelchair.

At approximately 5:15 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Luzerne Avenue for a shooting.

Officers located three victims, a 28-year-old male who was shot in the head while in his wheelchair, a 21-year-old male who was shot in the stomach and a 25-year-old male who was shot in the ankle.

All three victims are expected to survive their injuries.

Detectives are investigating this incident and have yet to determine a suspect or a motive.
