OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City Police have charged three men with robbing a municipal bus driver in Ocean City.

Officers say on June 14, three men got on the bus and got into an argument with the driver. Police say the men assaulted the driver and robbed him of bus tickets.

The driver was treated at a hospital.

Police say three men were indicted in the crime last month and arrested in York, Pennsylvania, where they live. Nineteen-year-old Marquez Ellis, 18-year-old Josiah Mincer III and 18-year-old Jaleel Henderson are all charged with armed robbery.

Authorities say Mincer has been extradited to Maryland, and Henderson and Ellis are awaiting extradition.
