3 Arrested In Death Of Man Found Dead In Somerset County

EDEN, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police say they've arrested three people in connection with the death of a Baltimore man found in a Somerset County ditch.

State Police said Friday that they've arrested 22-year-old Elijah Carroll of Baltimore, 22-year-old Kevin Nixon of Princess Anne and 21-year-old Jazzmine Morton of Baltimore. State Police say Carroll is charged with first degree murder and Nixon and Morton are charged with accessory after the fact.

State Police say they believe all three suspects worked at an event promotions business with 22-year-old Damon Jennings, whose body was found Thursday in a ditch along a road in Eden. He was last seen on Oct. 15.

State Police say a motive for Jennings' murder has not yet been determined.

Online court records did not list attorneys for Carroll, Nixon or Morton.
