23-Year-Old Shot In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was shot in the leg.

According to police, the victim was getting out of an illegal taxi when someone began shooting at him. The victim fled to the 200 block of Northbend Road, where he was able to phone for help.

He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
