23-Year-Old Aberdeen Woman Missing

ABERDEEN, Md. (WJZ) — Aberdeen Police are looking for a woman who was last seen in Aberdeen on November 7 after leaving a friend's home whom she had been staying with.
23-year-old Elsie Lugo-Cruz is described as 5'1" tall with a thin build. She has a tattoo on her left collarbone of the name "Emiliano".
She is possibly driving an older model of a silver BMW with an unknown tag number.
Police are asking the public to call 410-272-2121 with any information.
