22-Year-Old Frederick Man Missing Since September 13

FREDERICK, MD. (WJZ) — Frederick Police are searching for a 22-year-old man who went missing September 13.

Emmanuel Williams, from Kearneysville, West Virginia, is around 6'3" with black hair and brown eyes.
